Planned for Sept/Oct 2012
A scholar without skills in martial arts is weak. A martial arts master without teaching is violent. A human being should be a scholar and a competent fighter at the same time.
Hoang Tri Dzung
The Kung Fu style that is taught here is called "Vo-Dao-Viet-Nam". It is a synthesis of several thousand years old martial arts styles. This style is also good for women and older people as strength is not of over-riding importance.
The training does not focus on quick to learn and to use self-defence, but on basic exercises and partner exercises, as well as the art of movements. Thus the body will be strengthened and health will be improved.
The training consists to equal parts of coordination, straining, fitness and strengthening exercises. Also important for the training are meditation and Khi-Cong exercises. These will create a harmony between body, spirit/mind and nature.
